The Retired CMO of Chic-fil-A, Steve, Robinson, delivered the Gala Dinner Keynote Address at The Digital Marketing/Digital Retail Transformation Assembly at The Fairmont Dallas, Tx. He is responsible for the chain’s marketing, advertising, and brand development and menu development strategies for all Restaurant concepts. He is a member of the Executive Committee, which focuses on macro issues and strategies of long-term planning for the business. Steve joined Chick-fil-A in January 1981 as director of marketing and held the role until 2015. Prior to joining Chick-fil-A, he was director of marketing for Six Flags Over Georgia theme park in Atlanta, Georgia.
